When Sinclair copies a doorman, while Sinclair has their ult on T3, on failure to checkout Sinclairs ult cooldown goes to 38 seconds (40% of the 95s the ult would have) meaning it fails to set the ult to the 10s timer. Or possibly does the 10s cooldown THEN calculates 40% of the original ult timer
