I have posted a thread a few days ago to get some help with this issue but, I have not gotten any responses so I am trying again.
Is there a way where I can appeal the 5-day unjustified ban from being able to play on either of the matchmaking modes, I tried my best to reconnect to the games at the time and did everything I could to actually fix the issue and yet I still got punished for technical issues outside my control.
There’s been so many serious crashes lately too, I’ve seen alot of players get DC’D HARD mid game. And been hit with a few DC’s from crashes myself. Not been timed out seriously but the fact that this can happen to people with the game being so unstable is concerning.

It’s crazy, especially because surely there is a way to determine if the player left on purpose, there are clear crash logs for issues like the one I have so surely they could take that into account when moderating???

I “guess” you could abuse the game with a force crash but who would even do that? So yeah, surely this is a good solution.
Maybe I am reaching for the starts I can’t speak for the things they have in place for those things, the part I don’t like is the fact that there is no easy way to actually appeal issues like this - I left the Deadlock server some days/weeks ago and I no longer have any way to access it again because you can only create one invite in the game.
