I’ve encountered an issue twice now where pausing a match appears to cause a massive performance degradation for many, if not all, players in the game.
Observed behavior:

A player pauses the match.

After the pause, the game starts running at around 1 FPS.

The issue seems to affect multiple players simultaneously.

The low FPS persists for an extended period and does not immediately recover.

This also happened in another match yesterday, which makes me think it may not be an isolated incident.
It might be worth checking whether the pause/unpause system is triggering something that causes a severe performance issue across clients.
