My middle mouse button doesn’t work. I rebound ping to “Z”. This works to ping things in the world or bring up the ping wheel. But I can’t hover over an ability and press “Z”. I tried this with a different mouse and mouse3 worked for pinging the abilities.

Same, binded ping to another button a year ago, and since then can’t ping my and others abilities, items and their cooldowns

I have a similar issue. I cannot ping using mouse3, but I set it to e and it works fine. I can use mouse3 for alternate cast button, but it seems like anything else I set it to is now broken. While holding mouse 3, my camera is locked as if ping is bound to it regardless of if it is or not. Also, I used to bind toggle crouch to mouse 3 instead of ping but as of around the end of March updates that stopped working. I am using an OLED SteamDeck with the following launch parameters: -noassert -novid -m_rawinput 1 -high -dx11 -preload -console +citadel_unit_status_use_new true
Replying to say I figured it out. Specifically I had a setting in the SteamOS settings for mouse input to have middle click hold be a drag scroll function, when I turned that off the middle click worked like normal.
