I currently have around 70+ hours on deadlock, a good W/L ratio but I am still stuck in Initiate 2 while my friends who are playing with me are surpassing ranks. We play the same games, losses and wins but I am still hardstuck? Like it won’t go up or down at all. I’m hoping it will be fixed soon, it’s just a bit annoying to look at 
I have the exact same problem, stuck on initiate 2 while my duos rank is fluctuating from the same games

just came here and made this account to say this. I’m not the best at the game at any means but I’ve yet to go up or down. wondering if this is intentional or like everyone here said, a bug. idk. it is indeed frustrating though lowkey
