Omnicharge Signet breaks Victor’s Pain Battery and you’re unable to use it. Just had it happen in a match.

I just had this same bug happen to me - oddly something happened and I was able to use it for a minute but when charges were exhausted it became permanently unusable again.
To clarify - match 88115949 - the ability is totally uninteractable as soon as omnicharge is on it.
