Yamato's Flying Slash cancelling instantly and getting you stuck in textures

Yamato’s Flying Slash cancels instantly anything from 0 to 3 times per game and you’re left without the T2 bonus.
It recently started getting you stuck in textures. It hasn’t happened these last 1-2 days.
