Attempting to Ivy ult a hero being Wraith ulted results in Ivy being unable to move

This happened earlier in game, match ID 85590566 at around 25:08. As Ivy, I picked up a Vindicta (who was in flight when she got telekinesised) who had just been hit with Wraith’s telekinesis. I was able to pick her up, but, after the pick-up animation was over, I was unable to move (or at least was greatly slowed). I have replicated this behaviour in testing, and determined it was not to do with Vindicta’s flight as it was reproducible on a stationary, grounded Infernus.
Easily replicated for yourself by using telekinesis as Wraith and as Ivy attempting to pick up the character before they hit the ground.

Dropping the wraith ult target allows you to regain your normal speed, as shown here

Try knockdown/slowing hex. I suspect it’s the “gravity” making it harder to pick up.
