This is an incredibly specific situation I am aware but I was playing Ivy and I saw a Seven ult above the Patron pit in the end game and I thought “Ok I will just fly up and stone form them” only to bonk my head on the invisible ceiling. However, the Seven I was trying to Stone Form was far above the height that I was able to manage with my ult. After the match I went into the solo map and found out that if you initiate Ivy’s flight above this ceiling you can fly around freely at the highest point in the base but if you initiate your ult from below the ceiling you will be unable to fly above it. I tested this with other characters like Vindicta and Grey Talon’s flight abilities and found the exact same results. The ONLY ability to not follow this rule is seemingly Seven ult? When I ult from below the ceiling just holding to fly up will easily ascend me beyond the barrier and hit the highest point in the room.
Then I tried testing items and found out that Magic Carpet and Majestic Leap completely ignore the ceiling in the base. Again I know this is incredibly niche but it seems weird that this discrepancy exists. Below I attached I clip of when I tried to fly up to Seven to better illustrate what happened and what sparked me to report this in the first place.
