I got turned into a frog mid game and permanently banned. I’ve been playing this game since 2024 and have 1,000 hours. I’ve never cheated in any competitive game ever. I have absolutely no idea why I’m banned. Can anyone help me? Is there some sort of appeal system?

Early on when Doorman dropped there were some people getting false positive bans from using doors, that was fixed at the time but I guess it’s happening again now. Hope they revert your ban

There are 2 reasons why the ban could have happened, abuse of the bug on doorman for passing through walls or my friend banned me while we were playing in the sandbox and it turned out that I was playing with cheats and he clicked ban (I did not play with any cheats).Please explain the reason for the ban and unban me if possible.

those who were banned by the doorman bug were unbanned automatically so this is unlikely.

Rλyne Rat some might have valid bans, but overall this bug is existent in the game and i feel like it degrates anticheat logs

Yeah, I wonder why you got banned.And if we dig a little deeper into your match history, the picture becomes clear. Just a few months ago, you had an average accuracy of around 32–38% with 10–12% headshot accuracy. Normal average player accuracy.
But then, in the last few weeks, your accuracy suddenly spiked to 60–65% and your headshot accuracy spiked to 25–30%, which is a clear sign of using cheats. Which match got you banned? This one: 87644124.Nex time - dont cheat.

Yeah, that is pretty high. But It’s probably not because I’ve been playing FPS games for 13 years, or have over 7,000 hours in Counter-Strike, or have 1,000 hours in this game.
Most importantly, and probably the most useful thing to do here, is simply watch my games. You can go through my last 20 matches and point out exactly where I supposedly aimbotted, because I’d genuinely like to see it myself.
I’ve been playing this game nonstop for the past 6 months. Why would I randomly start cheating in a game I love that’s not even released yet?

End of the story is just insane when you didn’t even see the games. For both of our sakes, don’t make assumptions like this without knowing what actually happened. I’ve never downloaded cheats in my life and never will. This is 100% a false ban.

The only thing I wanted to clarify is whether you have used the Statlocker Companion app through Overwolf?
I suppose he could have been another flag for anti-cheat, which in my case led to a ban, combined with a high percentage of accuracy and reports in matches from time to time.

The last game you played didn’t look like you had walls or aim-bot BUT i think you got banned because you bug abused doorman doors heavily before the patch. Don’t abuse bugs for Elo next time I guess.

No bother at all. I just checked and I did have overwolf, just uninstalled it, but I didn’t have statlocker companion. I also haven’t even opened the deadlock mod manager in a long time (though I doubt that would effect anything).

Yeah, I did do that, and I’ll admit it. But there’s no way I “abused it heavily.” I saw a video on YouTube, thought it was funny, and tried it in a few games. Most of the people I used it on got out anyway, and this was over a month ago.
That’s why it doesn’t make much sense to me. If that was the reason, why would the ban happen now instead of when it actually occurred? And why would it be a permanent ban? A permanent ban for trying a known bug in a handful of matches a month ago seems extremely disproportionate.
I’m not saying it was a good thing to do, but I genuinely don’t believe that’s what led to this ban. The timing and severity just don’t add up to me.

My only defense is the gameplay itself. Anyone can watch my games and they won’t find anything that suggests I’m aimbotting or cheating because its not there. And honestly, does having good games automatically make someone a cheater? Especially on the heroes I’ve spent the most time playing? Do I really need to defend good games? Everything is there, I have nothing to hide, I don’t cheat, never have, never will.
