When playing street brawl, if you get Omnicharge Signet and have max level Dust Devil on Mirage, it no longer allows you to recast. You get a total of 3 casts instead of 3 casts and 3 recasts. The recast Dust Devil text appears but it says you cannot cast it.
Example in the hideout (same as in Street Brawl)
And if you use the last charge, it won’t even allow you to use your free recast because you’re technically out of charges.
